As from January 4th ERC will be meeting at Fleming Park Leisure Centre. Map

Parking near the Warm up area is strictly limited and therefore we invite ladies only to use it. We ask that men/mixed cars use the main Fleming Park car park or if full, the council offices car parks.

The Club meets every Monday and Thursday, "ready for the off" at 7.00pm (excluding bank holidays).

Changing and showering facilities are normally available. Plenty of car parking if required.

 

There is also a bar available on Mondays' and Thursdays' , just in case you feel that you lost too many calories on the run. Many do!

Mondays' are a real social evening with a selection of distances and paces to suit most people.

New to the club is the Tuesday Interval Session, a must for those who would like to increase their strength and speed.

Thursdays' offers a mix of Mondays and Tuesdays entertainment!

Weekends normally have a variety of runs available. These are published weekly to members via the clubs e-mail called "The RUNNING WEaKLY ."

We normally have a short warm-up and notices before we split into our groups.
